449bdecacd Adding ZLIB into the QB64 parts system for windows. 
Two new keywords added:
FUNCTION _INFLATE$ (text$)
FUNCTION _DEFLATE$ (text$)

Use of these commands can compress and decompress strings using the ZLIB library.
