Add preliminary support for tcp/ip on Linux
_OPEN{CONNECTION, HOST, CLIENT}, _CONNECTIONADDRESS$ now do something, as the underlying tcp routines are implemented (with the exception of tcp_connected and thus _CONNECTED).
